Next Level Staffing was set up to do the slow, careful side of recruiting properly for Inland Empire employers. One consultant per client, ten industries, permanent direct-hire only.
Most agencies in this market run on volume. We chose the opposite. Smaller client list, one consultant per account, longer screens, and a sharp focus on permanent direct-hire roles where the cost of getting it wrong is high.
That decision shapes day-to-day work. We do longer phone screens. We push back on briefs that are not realistic. We pick up the phone for reference checks instead of sending a form. The result is permanent hires that stay, not metrics on a dashboard.
Across the portfolio we focus on permanent placements. We are a poor fit for last-minute shift gaps and a strong fit for organisations adding people who will be there in two years.
You will not be passed between a sales person, an account manager and a delivery recruiter. The person you speak to first is the person you speak to on the day a hire starts.
We are based in Moreno Valley. Our home turf is Riverside County and the wider Inland Empire - Riverside, Corona, San Bernardino, Redlands, Hemet, Perris and Fontana. Searches that need a wider Southern California reach are handled the same way.
